We provide food and grocery delivery services directly to your doorstep through our mobile apps and website. If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy below:
- For Food Orders: Cancellation requests must be made within 10 minutes of placing the order. Once the order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- For Grocery Orders: Cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

- Grocery Item Issues: If you receive defective, damaged, or expired grocery items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and credited to the original payment method.
